Can I help you?
The short answer is: Yes. The long answer is: Of course!
We all have the ability to find our way out of the darkness we stand in – sometimes we just need someone who can point us toward the light.
And we all have dreams that deserve to be lived – sometimes we just need someone who will walk with us for part of the journey.
The fact that you’re here, reading this, is already a big step.
So allow me to say of course – because you’ve taken the first, and often hardest, step: reaching out and being open to companionship.
Like many others, I’ve faced darkness and adversity,
but I’ve chosen to keep my eyes on what brings hope – and to hold on to the belief that it’s always there, even when everything feels dark.
I’ve followed my dreams, even when circumstances were against me, and I’ve learned that challenges are often the beginning of something new.
My heart beats for supporting those who want to find their strength, balance, and direction in life – so they can live a good life as the best version of themselves.
I believe that we all hold the capacity to grow and to change –
and that, of course, includes you.
Who you are
I can help everyone – regardless of gender or ethnic background – and don’t want to limit myself because in the end, we are all human beings. But my experience is with international, multicultural citizens of the world – adults and young adults – who, for example, face a challenge or a dream.

Young adults who want to be heard and recognised
If you’re a young adult, I can help you to:
- Stand strong in your identity.
- Believe in your dreams.
- Follow your heart.
Adults who want to be successful, live out their dreams and let go of the taboos
If you’re an adult, I can help you to:
- (Re)build yourself.
- Enjoy your life.
- Change direction.
If you have another challenge/dream than those I’ve written here, you’re of course still (and always) welcome to contact me.
When you come to me, I meet you with:
AUTENTICITY
We work on your core and roots. That is, your history and identity. I don’t try to make you into someone else. The whole key is within you, and I will help you bring out the best version of yourself.
COURAGE
I help you dare to face your dream and remain faithful to it, making you impossible to hold down or knock out. I assist you in showing courage and persisting diligently despite adversity. Simply by committing to yourself – and most importantly, always doing your best.
POSITIVITY
Everything is good. When you make a huge effort, and the results ultimately aren’t the best, we will remain positive. With trust, security, gratitude, and faith, I help you leave the results to the external world. By being 100 percent sure that all the good effort you put in will come back in its perfect form, time, and place.
EMPATHY
We are all connected and part of a larger context, regardless of our differences in gender, nationality, and background. I meet you in your present moment with love and see the best in you because we are all valuable individuals and global citizens. My approach is characterized by consideration, care, and respect for our common humanity.
IHSAN
Ihsan is the foundation of everything I do and strive to live and pass on to you. Ihsan is an essential third of the Muslim faith. It is a deep consciousness and feeling of God’s presence that makes you do good in all the small parts of life and brings out the best in you within three areas:
- In your worship of God.
- In your interactions with other people.
In your career and life more broadly
IN YOUR WORSHIP OF GOD
Ihsan inspires you to cultivate a deep and loving relationship with God. It’s about performing your religious duties with devotion and awareness of God’s presence, so you don’t just perform them routinely but with deep meaning and heartfelt sincerity.
IN YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PEOPLE
Ihsan urges you to treat others with compassion and respect. It’s about showing kindness, patience, and justice in your interactions with others, which creates a positive impact on your community and the environment around you.
IN YOUR CAREER AND LIFE GENERALLY
Ihsan encourages integrity and expertise in everything you do. It’s about doing your best to be honest and carry out your work with a high degree of professional and personal morality. This principle supports you in using your skills and resources to do good and contribute positively to society.
Thus, Ihsan is not just a part of your faith but a lifestyle that allows you to immerse yourself in your spiritual journey while making a positive difference in the world around you.
